To me this is an amazing place to start whether I&#039;m doing research for a new website to flip or create a new product to bring to the market...

There are a number of factors that makes a good niche to get into but if a website is getting lots of bids I think it&#039;s a good point to start there, how long it has been on the market or if it is a paid listing then it shows there is money to be made.
