One of the best market research tool I know and use is a surveying script. What it does is simple ask your visitors what is it they are looking for and what they want.

5. One of the most overlook factor in marketing is the (Relationship)Factor. By building a relationship with your buyers and customers, which is VITAL they are more likely to become lifetime customers and buying into more of your expensive products and services.
